Cancellation policy
No contract and no fee. Cancel whenever you want.
How to cancel
In the dashboard, open Settings → Billing and tap Manage subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and the account goes back to the Free plan.
Free trial
The 7 free days apply only to the first subscription of each account. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
What is charged
Billing is monthly and in advance. We do not refund the remaining part of the current month, but you keep using it until the end.
Change of mind
If you paid online and changed your mind within 7 days of the first charge, we refund it. Ask through Help.
Late payment
With a payment more than 5 days overdue, the account is suspended until the invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted in the meantime.
