Privacy policy
How RespoTV handles your personal data, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
What data we keep
From your account: name, email, password and the account name. From your use: channels, lineups, lists, profiles, favorites, reminders and connected devices. From the providers you add: address, username and password. From the subscription: the plan and the payment status — card and Pix details stay with Stripe, which processes the payments, and never go through RespoTV.
What we use it for
To make the service work: signing in, building and playing the programming, sending the account's reminders and emails, and billing the subscription. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Provider credentials (address, username and password) are encrypted in the database, with the key kept outside it. Your RespoTV password is stored only as a cryptographic hash, never as text. Access to an account's data is limited to its members and to the team that runs the service, when needed for support.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that make RespoTV work — payments (Stripe), hosting, database and email delivery —, each one with the minimum it needs for its part.
Deleting the account and your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Whoever manages the account can download the data or delete the account in My account → Privacy and data, and the subscription is canceled right away. The account's data is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. For anything else, use the Help contact (Telegram @respotv_bot).
