Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses RespoTV: the panel, the TV app and the phone app.
RespoTV is a platform
RespoTV organizes and plays the programming you put together: channels, lineups, lists and the content of the providers you add. It is a player — it does not sell, host or distribute channels, movies or series.
Content belongs to whoever adds it
You are responsible for the content, lists and providers you add, and for having the right to watch them. Do not use RespoTV to access content without permission from whoever holds the rights.
We don't supply or recommend providers
RespoTV does not supply, sell or recommend IPTV providers or lists. Choosing a provider is up to you, and your relationship with it is between you and the provider.
Your account
Keep your password safe and be careful about who you invite to the account. Whoever manages the account is responsible for how it is used and for the subscription.
Subscription
The first subscription of each account is free for 7 days. After that, billing is monthly, by card or Pix, handled by Stripe. With a payment more than 5 days overdue, the account is suspended until the invoice is paid. The subscription can be cancelled at any time under Settings → Billing.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts used to infringe the rights of others, get around billing or harm the service.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we will let you know in the panel. Continuing to use RespoTV after the notice means you accept the new version.
